You know your neighborhood has arrived when they have a farmer’s market! Yes, the Emeryville farmer’s market is held every Thursday from noon to 6 p.m., across from the new Pixar campus and next to City Hall. I like the later hours, so the working folks can grab and go. The market arrive a little over 3 months ago. Vendors have come and gone, but there is always a good selection of food. There was a freshly made calzone being grilled on a bbq last week. Nice! There was the Home Maid Company

moroccan style olives which were marinated naturally with no chemicals to cure the olives. Just cracked, with lemon juice, olive oil and spice. Yum. Grabbed my broccoli, samosa and oranges. I will be back for more. Cool.
